Industrial construction is distinctive in that project schedules are often driven by tenant or operator commencement dates and equipment-installation milestones, in that the building serves as a tool for the operator’s process or logistics workflow, and in that coordination with process, racking, conveyor, refrigeration, and material-handling vendors is central to project success.
